Bean to bar course
Wix was the training source for the site, as this site has free accounts. The students were free to choose other platforms, but I was more familiar with this one as a teaching tool. The students then created their hyperlinks based on the content saved. Video, boomerang, innovative design, pictures, recipe content text and computer based sketches. I then assisted them on how the site works. The Students then used all the content created as a way to show the work. This was then graded as their final project. They all had to follow very detailed set of guide rules before submitting. I wanted them to present their finished work in this way, because its current. I then explained that its also a tool to promote themselves in their future career. Simply embed their hyperlinks onto their CV or job applications.

Chocolate bean to bar Student sample Creation front and back of the box.
The image below shows a box created by one of my students this year. All of the groups in these class though the years created their own box, fitting into the themes assigned. They had to be very precise in order to ensure a really tight and bespoke box. Their b2b chocolates were wrapped and fit as a final product, including relevant ingredients and Esher nutritional labels based on the Calorie, fat and weight of their Bespoke Chocolates. Canva was the source of suggestion, and I aided the teams with measurements
