Introduction
I am applying for Rank Of Associate Professor. I have been With the Culinary Institute of America for just over Three Years. Throughout that time, I have taught a total of 7 Different Classes, 5 are Within the Associate's Degree in Baking and Pastry Arts, and 2 are within the Bachelor's Program Concentration.

Utilizing my Educational Degree, High energy and Dynamic drive within the industry, I have been able to encapsulate this motivation and share it directly to my students . I utilize both my vast teaching National and International career experience. I think that being flexible and staying flexible makes me a great asset to this institution. My contributions to recipe development, within courses, sharing new methods of good practice and ways of staying current, really showcases value, teamwork, and the flexibility I carry with my team. This includes both students and Colleagues. Throughout my time at the Institute, I have displayed Artistic work both with students and through partnership collaborations. These stand as monuments of inspirational beauty, which also act as a reason why to join this amazing School. This also includes prospective student tours. I do this all with passion, commitment to quality, and use my creative mind as a tool to guide my hands. A tangible experience to shape and mold this edible art. We call this beautiful craft blanketed as Pastry Arts.

Staying current, being a model resource to our students as well as mentoring both current and alumni, as I watch them progress and grow, is the reason why I enjoy teaching and being an integral part of the Institute.
