Gaining Knowledge and being able to share it with others is what makes you grow both in teaching and in professional Carrers. Taking classes with companies that showcase their equipment in our schools is key a tool for our staff and students. The ability to train and then train others is what makes learning fundamental. This has enabled me to be a better performer in the Lab, as educator. In turn, we then train our students to learn what up to date tools are available. Therefore, our students become more confident, and more proficient in the workplace once they leave the Institute.
